Questions About Inspections
What does a home inspector do?

Our job is to give you a professional opinion as to the home or property you are looking at for purchase. We will provide you with an inspection report that details over 500 separate items of the property.

What does a home inspector inspect?

Our inspections include structural systems, mechanical systems, cooling and heating systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems as well as common appliances found in today's homes under the guidelines of the Texas Real Estate Commission's Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors.

Do I need a home inspection?

Yes, your home is probably the largest investment you will make. Having an objective third party look at your investment gives you confidence that you're making a wise purchase and peace of mind that the home you're purchasing will serve you and your family's needs for many years.

How long does an inspection last?

An inspection on a home under 2000 sq. ft. should take about 3 hours. We take the time to give you information that will enable you to make your home a safe place to live and raise your family. Invest well in your family's safety and your purchase decisions!
